Opal springs, Matamata

We started our day with a bike ride along the Waikato River, following the Te Awa River Ride track. A 20km round trip with a coffee and lunch in the middle. It was such a lovely track to ride; all pavement!
I decided that we needed our last night to be in a holiday park so we could have power, a chance to do some laundry, and have a proper shower.
We pre-booked, which was just as well as not long after we arrived, another 5 motorhomes arrived.
We had a nice soak in the hot pool before dinner.
But all good things come to an end, and tomorrow we go home.
We have a long list of things that we need to do to NoW's before our next trip, which hopefully will not be too long away!Læs mere
