Christmas 2024

We woke up to a beautiful sunny Christmas morning, after a wonderful night's sleep. Diesel and Marley eagerly opened their presents, followed by Neil and me. Among our gifts, I got the metal detector I’d wanted for ages, and Neil received a pannier for his e-bike. After a walk with the dogs, we discovered some fenced sites that allowed dogs, so we asked at the front desk and booked an extra night. We moved to a new spot, where Diesel and Marley made friends with a huge chocolate lab named Moose. We spent the afternoon relaxing, with Neil listening to music on his computer while I enjoyed a good book. I also tried out my new metal detector, excited to soon take it to the beach!Weiterlesen
