Sea. 4. A piece of Scandinavian iron. 5. Wind from the ocean.

The traditional Viking consecration is running that way: Every team member has to carry the elements on his back crawling on all fours around one "stone of Alew. Carrying the elements on the back symbolizes to handle the burden of the world with ease of the wind.
