Delayed to start out of Newark. Now leaving closer to 1am. Adare was a fantastic golf course. Weather was PERFECT. Didn't shoot particularly well but paired with John Sico and we finished tied for 3rd.Read more

After a glorious weather day yesterday at Adare we wake up to completely overcast, thank God no rain, but a chilly 50* day today. High around 53*. Starting with a trip to the Cliffs of Moher...
Golf was again awesome but very challenging....low gross in the group was 85 so I was thrilled with a 91. HUGE hills on 14 of the 18 holes. Great fun. 55 degrees was high. Fairly sustained winds of 15-20MPH. Next up Ballybunion.Read more

What a fantastic golf course again. And mother nature cooperated completely. Not so much as a drop of rain, very low wind, just a great day! And Skoch and I were medalist today and won $100 plus. Great meal afterwards in the clubhouse to top off a perfect day of golf. Thrilled that I shot 43-43*86.Read more

Waterville Golf Links. Day 5

Another absolutely picture. Perfect day. 58° and sunny. A handful of guys going fishing in the morning, another five off to a distillery, and four of us hanging out at the hotel until lunch and golf this afternoon. Unfortunately for me today, it was the quintessential a good walk ruined kind of day. Couldn't get off the tee. A 93....oh well, Spoon and I had fun. Day topped off with an incredible dinner at Dooley's. What a feast!Read more

Old Head Golf Club

3 hour bus ride to Kinsale for golf at Old Head. Accommodations at the Trident Hotel overlooking the muddy inlet ... during low tide! Really crazy to see. We have late afternoon tee times beginning at 245p followed by dinner at Old Head. It was a great day overall, John Fox and I won the overall today in the two man best-ball. Old Head Day 2

The day started with a stop at the garden of remembrance in kinsale that honored the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11. A little bit of a twist in the plot for today that no one knew was coming but was awesome.

Another PERFECT DAY. I shot 45-43#88. And we wrapped up the trip with Shooter McGavin, aka Chris McDonald from Happy Gilmore. Funny stuff.

The trip was absolutely amazing. We had a slight drizzle on two holes at Old Head the first day and otherwise not one drop of rain the entire week. Incredible.Read more
