Todd flying solo today as Ann has developed a blister and is taking a rest day. She took a taxi 🚕

Off to our next stop; the city of Pontevedra where there's a weekend Medieval Festival going on.

Met up again with Nina from The Netherlands and walked most of the 19kms together.

CP Day 12 to Pontevedra 🏰💃🕺

Todd was on his own to walk today as the curse of the blisters struck Ann again. She decided to rest and got a ride to our next stop, Pontevedra.
Shortly after leaving, Todd ran into Niña from the Netherlands and they decided to walk together.
The way today was very pleasant through forests which made Todd feel at home. There were more hills today and a bit of walking through villages near the water.
One entrepreneur set up a makeshift food truck which was very popular for the pilgrims. Nina was nice enough to buy Todd lunch and Todd saw his first OJ maker 🍊 and he enjoyed some fresh squeezed orange juice.
Finally, after 19kms and 5.5 hours of walking they walked into Pontevedra and its’ loud Medieval festival. 🕺 💃 🏰 🗡️ 🛡️ It’s gonna be a wild n crazy night!!Read more
