Day 12- Maquoketa Cave State Park

Left South Dakota 9:45. Had a Wonderful visit with Barbara and Chris. Took some family pictures before leaving. We are headed to Maquoketa Cave State Park in Iowa. About a six hour drive. Arrived Maquoketa Caves State Park, Iowa around 5:00. Went hiking on the trails and caves. We are both Super Happy with this park. Will be a new stop on our visits from Indiana to South Dakota (and vice versa). We had so much Fun exploring the caves. Got back showered and Greg cooked Steaks and Mac & Cheese. Sat outside and relaxed on this cool evening watching the fire.Læs mere
