Bambaras Music Group

On our way back to our Kasbah hotel we visit a small Kasbah and listen to some music by the 'Groupe Deg Bambarag' in Dar Gnawa.
The village of Khamlia is located in the South East of Morocco. It lies in the shadow of the Great Erg Chebbi Dune. For more than a century it has been inhabited by a mixture Of Berber, Arabs and different tribes of Sub Saharan origin. In Khamlia the best known of these tribes is the Bambara.
