Tangier to Chefchaouen

Another day, another tour this time a day trip to Chefchaouen and Tetouan.
I'm picked up first with a minivan, before we pick up six others. A Cuban woman, a Dutch woman living in Barcelona, a couple from Madrid, and a Swiss father and daughter, who we picked up from the marina as they've sailed to Tangier.
We then make our way to Chefchaouen, a two hour journey, with a short break halfway, along mostly good two lane roads. However, they are improving stretches of it which were single lane, temporary and full of dumper trucks, so travel was slow.
The road was also very twisty with barely and straight stretches, certainly keeps the driver concentrated.Read more
