Chiang Rai, Thailand

Our stay in Chiang Rai consisted of a cat cafe and some cool temples.

We visited the White Temple, officially known as Wat Rong Rhun. The temple was designed by a Thai artist who began the project in 1997. The hands are beneath a bridge called 'Bridge of Rebirth' and inside the temple there are murals of traditional Buddhist iconography with contemporary references (no photos allowed).Leia mais
