Stone Town

We continued our exploration of Stone Town. We walked in the narrow streets, bought spices at the market and admired the colonial architecture. The doors are very special in Stone Town. All very unique and ornate. There are many small shops, street vendors, hotels, restaurants, cafes and beaches.

We went to the main square in the evening and purchased are dinner from a few of the different food vendors. One of the locals came up to us and chatted for a while, he wanted to work on his English.Weiterlesen
