A lovely hotel in Old Quebec. Valet parking. Bath in "penthouse" room. Very narrow, steep stairs. 52 steps to ours Steve counted. 1800's. Old merchants house. Sloping, uneven floors

A very nice authentic Canadian cuisine. Escargot in a dinky little pot with holes for the snails. Bison, elk, deer very yummily done. Our waiter had worked in Australia for a year. Trying to get usedもっと詳しく

Very impressive. We rode up in a cable car, walked over suspension bridge, then down the wet steps. 30 metres taller than Niagara but not as wide.

La Malbaie tonight.
A lovely old BNB. Nice people not able to speak much English. We manage. They recommend our restaurant tonight which is lovely down by the jetty.

Lots of sweet little villages with houses right on the road. Did a bit of a mountain rode to get into a meteorite crater. A lot of it is covered by the St Lawrence River but the mountain ranges hereもっと詳しく

Went inland today to skirt Saguenay Fjord and back. It's not a deep steep one but very long, more like a river really but not. Lots of lakes and waterways. Pretty walks.

I found a lovely little gallery on our drive to Forestville. They make their art out of pigmented sand and sea glass. Loved it

Along the Navigators Road into Gaspespie region then down the 132 to New Brunswick. Along rivers up and over plateaus. They speak English here!!

Tonight's BNB is McKenzie House in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Beautifully decorated and memorabilia since 1910.
