Cowbridge

Karen had a visit to the physio, where we also met our neighbours from South Wonston. It was so nice to see them and have a chat and catch up on all their news.
The physio visit was very encouraging, K was given some exercises to do to keep her joints flexible etc. The restriction on the boot was relaxed a few notches to give some movement too.
We travelled to Cowbridge in Glamorgan and spent a most enjoyable evening with Maria and Rhob. The drive to their beautiful house along the access lane was very tight. The neighbour had to move his car to let us past.
