Lightwater Country Park

We travelled up to the country park where we had arranged to meet Stewart with our three grandchildren Magnus, Jemima and Mary. Unfortunately Emily could not join us due to the rule of six but hopefully she enjoyed a peaceful day for once.
We stopped by Tesco on the way to stock up for a picnic, and Karen managed to find a place to park near the park entrance. We found the play ground equipment and enjoyed our picnic with them all - many grandparents were doing the same thing - before going for a walk through the woods.
Mary smiled through the whole day, Jemima chatted away the whole time. She is hilarious, and Magnus enjoyed foraging for sweet chestnuts in the undergrowth with granny and grandpa and found enough for them to try a roast on their halloween night bbq.
We managed a couple of coffees at the tea room whilst the children played around and on the apparatus.Baca lagi
