Llanberis

Monday appeared to be the worst of the two days weatherwise, so we decided that our best bet for a walk up the mountain would be on the following day which at least had a dry forecast. The mountains around us were shrouded in cloud so any views on the route would not be seen.
Instead we completed a walk around Llyn Padarn and took in the old Castle and the Welsh National Slate Museum. The museum was absolutely fascinating and well worth the visit.
After having had a good look at the museum we completed the walk around the lake which took us high up above the lake, past the Old Miners Hospital and through the woods before dropping down to return on the north side of the lake at water level.Okumaya devam et
