A nice casual stroll

After a late night at the fire pit, we all had a lovely sleep in other than James who had to go to work. Cora didn’t have school which was perfect to be able to hangout.

After our slow wake up we finally ended up up at GunPowder River. We had about a half hour walk where we saw many frogs, a few snakes, a craw dad, wild strawberries, butterflies and other bugs.

We then ended up at the river where the kids were able to float down the small rapids. It wasn’t super cold but putting my feet in was enough.

It was another lazy afternoon, I went food shopping, kids watched movies and waited for Cora to get home from swimming. Pizza night and movie was a perfect evening.Read more
