Mom had all these plans for us but with the extreme heat and humidity, the e-bikes, and a trip to the Eureka Springs were not an option but we still kept busy.

We had 2 hours at Top Golf, getting gelato (twice for the kids), watched a lot of Wimbledon tennis and World Cup Soccer, including at a Mexican restaurant for $1 taco Tuesday. At night we did music bingo, and another night Josh, mom and Chuck went back to the same bar to listen to a loud Blues band.

Mom and I went to red light therapy and reformer (twice) which I did the first week here as well followed by smoothies and salads for lunch.

Chuck and Josh went to breakfast most mornings and one morning I walked 6km around Lake Atalantis near the house and found an awesome bike park, saw a heron and lots of turtles.
