Lovely spot, river just behind the fence. The odd motorbike racing around the town, neighbouring dogs not to bad with barking. Nice motu bike track at the end of the street, goes through the sand dunes over a lovely bridge with sea views from time to time. Nice little vege garden, well looked after.
