Lovely camp, love all the qurky bits around the camp. Went for a drive 30mins to Blenheim and checked out a couple of doc camps.
Plimmerton, ngati toa

So we came back to plimmerton nzmca park for 2 nights, then went back to ngati toa freedom for 2 nights and today we are back at plimm nzmca for 1 night before catching the ferry in the morning.

Plenty of things to do here, metal detecting, fishing and just chilling.
There are alot of others here but still a couple of spaces. Pack in pack out, there are toilets if you want to walk to them.

3 nights here, check out there freedom spots that we will stay at. Good sized park, 2 fullsized clothslines, dog run, small vege garden. Handy to shops and the beach.

Stunning and quite right on the beach, fishing, whitebaiting plenty of space for everyone. App says 6 camper only but there are about 20 here. Must be selfcontained.

We are back, busy here this time. Puddle at the gate has been fixed. We found a nice fishing spot down by the boat club, there is also a pop down there that does not show up on the nzmca app, $5 pn. Czytaj więcej

Nice camp, toilets/showers, kitchen could do with a tidy up. Lovely park out the back gate, train rides in school holidays, public holiday and weekends, this will take you throught the bush around to Czytaj więcej

Nice little beach side town. Turakina river runs right across the beach front. Approx 45 min walk along the beach to the river mouth where we have been told the fishing is good. You can drive down but Czytaj więcej

Lovely spot parked up across from the river. This is a freedom spot were you can stay upto 5 nights in 30 days. Dumpstation on entry into park. Gates locked at night. Some rubbish bins around the Czytaj więcej

Lake Ngaroto, such a lovely place to spend 2 nights. Lovely walk around the lake takes approx 1.5 hours. Nice lake front spots or back up by the loo drop toilets. Have not checked the loos this time Czytaj więcej
