Day 3 on the houseboat

Final day drifting along the backwaters..... amazing sites with everyone going about their daily lives; washing, swimming, fishing for tea. Passed several highly decorated Catholic churches.

Another lovely lunch; Keralan thali served on a banana leaf.

Passed an area famous for ducks, crowds of young ducklings darting in front of the boat..... one of them featured in an excellent ( rather bony) duck curry for our dinner.Lue lisää
