Welcome to Naivasha ! A lake 2 hours from Nairobi surrounded by a lot of natural parks.

Amongst them, Hell’s gate. The park has no predators so we were able to cycle through the park between the giraffes and the zebras. Although there are no lions, these are the landscapes that inspired the Lion King !
Right next to the park some georges where our Masai guide took us.
Baboon cliff felt like a movie where all the animals live next to one another. The reason is that because baboon live there all other animals know baboons will make a lot of noise and scare off the predators. We got a mix of zebra, baboons, antipopes, warthogs, some sort of cool rat.

We stayed right by the lake and we were lucky to see A LOT of wildlife. The lake has mangoose, beavers, bad ass birds and hippo. During the night when hippo ventures away from water, an electrical fence is protecting us. After all, they often attack humans to protect their territory. Otherwise plenty of birds including this Marabou Stork that looks and sounds exactly like a dinosaur.
