LEJOG day 19

1/3 of the way! Almost a rest day today. 11.6miles 360miles totall
Helen rode the horse this pm and I walked the dogs for a little extra.
Awoke to a beautiful but frosty morning. Blue sky all day. A few lanes initially- a slight relief not to be in mud. Quiet and pretty. Some stunning houses then in to Stafford and on Staffordshire way that we follow for some time. Well labelled and good paths. Finished early- at a shop for an ice cream.
