2 years ago today, Helen and I finished our LEJOG walk.
Very tragically Helen got kicked by a horse 6 and a half weeks ago, and she remains in a coma.
This weekend we were due to start the Hebridean way.
I’m so very sad about my wonderful friend and constantly think of her and her family and friends.
We all remain hopeful that she can make a recovery. We know what an amazingly determined girl she is.

旅行者Thinking of you both Mary. I loved the day we surprised you both on LEJOG jumping out from behind a tree then causing chaos in Greggs at Peebles. Poor Helen was in a lot of pain that day but soldiered on being the strong lass that she is. I know how much you miss her. 🥲😘
