Cedeira is a coastal municipality in the province of A Coruña in the autonomous community of Galicia in northwestern Spain. This fishing village is known for its dramatic landscapes, rich history, beautiful beaches, and important cultural sites. As of 2022, it had a population of 6,626.
The town is situated on the Rías Altas coast at the mouth of the Condomiñas River, which divides the old town from the newer neighborhoods. Cedeira is surrounded by some of the highest cliffs in continental Europe, found in the Serra da Capelada mountain range.
