Vans and boats

We caught a van in Cebu city headed northwards. We were pretty smushed in. It was technically a 3.5 hour drive, but took more like 4.5. That got us to the Maya port, where we caught a ferry (boat). We had to board by walking across a precariously balanced plank (did not enjoy).

The boat ride was only 40 minutes, but the water was rough, and we got drenched in several squalls.Read more
