    Olite

    November 6, 2019 in Spain ⋅ ⛅ 13 °C

Arrived just in time for lunch and as the sun came out, however we were disturbed by a Ukranian man begging for euros! Jayne being the soft touch that she is obliged. Lovely old town made up of sandstone buildings with the Royal Palace of Olite dominating the skyline. Very impressive. Being Spain all of the shops and businesses were closed for siesta and opened back up around 5.
After getting back to the motorhome Jayne felt a little uncomfortable after the incident with the beggar, plus the 3 or 4 vans that were there when we arrived had since left! So we decided to 'ease on down the road' a little way.
