Making new friends

Today I met up with a friend of a friend who showed me around Jasper. We started out in the park with a coffee then headed to Pyramid Lake. It was so nice and peaceful there, and the views up to Pyramid mountain were wonderful. We grabbed lunch and then she took me up the Skytram and we hiked to the summit of Whistlers mountain. It was a short but very steep hike and the wind was so strong! Standing up there amongst the tops of the Rockies was such an incredible feeling!
