Very impressive the painted walls and vaulting of the cathedral. And the name of the cathedral instead of Notre Dame is Sainte Marie - I am assuming that this Sainte Marie is Notre Dame.

MatkaajaPlenty of rowing boats on the Nive. All the boat clubs along that river. And they were alle "serious" rowing boats, mostly with eight people to row, each with two "avirons" (can't think of the word in English now)…

Along the walking and mainly cycling path on the side of the river. This is the old tow path of the river Nive.
MatkaajaMy speciality! There are people who are astonished or horrified at the way I do not hesitate to lie down by the side of the road and go to sleep. I actually fabricated a sign which says SIESTA to prop up against my bottom to stop people from bending over me to ask if I am alright - that was after walking the Primitivo, but in the end I never needed to use it.
