Leaving Port Harcourt

Bolt drivers are now rejecting rides and requesting passengers to go off the app at a higher rate. The 1st vehicle rejected the ride after 15mins even when I had negotiated to pay a cash topup. For the 2nd ride I agreed to go off App and pay the full rate of 10k. Got to the airport at 11:20am for a 1:00pm flight.
