• Day 7 Winnipeg: Trolley & Aviation

    September 6 in Canada ⋅ ☁️ 11 °C

The winnipeg trolley runs once a day at 10 am. I was up quite early, had my bath and breakfast while waiting for kids who took considerable time to be ready. They had called ahead to book the tickets. We left the apartment at 9:37am, rushed to the bus stop to get a bus to a mid point where we were to take another bus to the Trolley start off point but the bus wasn't going to arrive on time so we took a Lyft and got there 3 minutes before the take off time.

The trolley tour took us around Winnipeg to all the key sites, while the tour guide gave us running commentaries, history, and recoĺection of important moments in the development of Winnipeg. The tour ended at 12:45 pm

We later took the bus to the Royal Aviation Museum, which traced the history of Canada in the aviation industry, covering both Commercial and Military Aviation. There were lots of old aircraft on display.
