I had a good flight, got through Customs using the new automated biometrics system and made my way to the platform for my train to Lyon. I lazed over breakfast at trusty old Paul Maison de Qualité and found the platform at noon.

I’m a little bit daunted by this trip. 900 miles is a lot to ask of a 68 year old body which is long passed its warranty. So I’ll share a prayer that Karol inspired.

Lord as I start this trip I turn to You and ask your help. I may be tired or hungry. The day may be long and hot, or it may rain. I may take the wrong fork. But I am never lost if each step takes me closer to You. .Baca selengkapnya
