A bed for the night

First nights kip at a lovely Airbnb near Bournemouth city centre. Only there for 7 hours but it was clean, warm and had a talking cat.
Early Starts - NO COFFEE!!

Off to catch our flight. Up at 5am followed by a short walk back to Bournemouth train station and then the bus to the airport. Seem less transport but there’s no coffee (or chai tea)

Just waiting for gate. Fed, watered and relaxed. Krakow here we come!!
We have arrived

After a lovely flight we touched down in Krakow. Found the bus stop, bought the tickets (£1.20 each for a 40 min ride.) just waiting to leave the airport and head into Krakow.
First meal in Krakow

Found a lovely restaurant called Veganic about 5 mins from the main square. We ordered, for starters, Hummus with Roasted Beetroot and Sweet Potato Fries. Becky had Oyster Mushroom Chops on PuréeLes mer

Home from Home

Our accommodation is perfect for a stay in Krakow. Only 15 mins from the city centre we have use of a kitchen and bathroom too.

We spent a very happy morning inside this fantastic place. We travelled to 125 metres below ground. We saw chapels and statues and visited the place where the deepest bungie jump and the deepestLes mer

Mine including a demonstration of how they used to burn off methane deposits with open flames. Sounds like a crazy profession to get into if you ask me.
Dinner at Hamas

Birthday dinner at a lovely Restaurant in the Jewish quarter called Hamas. Food was excellent as were the staff. Again only £25.00 for dinner “birthday cake” and drink.
Krakow Underground City

We spent a happy morning exploring the underground excavations of the 13th century Krakow hidden beneath the Krakow of today. Fascinating and very informative. Wonderful to see what lay beneath ourLes mer

Leaving :(

We have had an amazing time here in Krakow. We would recommend this city to anyone. Sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next adventure. After the shopping, obviously :)
Last public Transport

Nearly home. Crossing back from Lymington to Yarmouth to be reunited with the family and the dogs. What an amazing trip
