Troyes

Spent most of the day in Troyes, Champagne today, it's got a beautiful town centre with some really amazing churches and cathedrals. They have Xmas decorations everywhere and even music playingLæs mere
Baraluc des Bain

After a bit of messing around trying to find a parking spot we've ended up in the small town of Baraluc des Bain. Nice little place though it felt like we weren't there at the right time of year!

The Mediterranean Sea!

We made it to the med! Found a great spot next to the beach near Saintes Maries de la Mer. Had some lovely croissants and walked around the beautiful little town! Shame about the weather but we coped!Læs mere
Marseille

Spent some time in marseille today, what a beautiful city!
Definitely got our cardio in today with all those bloody hills but was worth it for the views and the food!

Sant Feliu de Guíxols

We found a lovely little town with bouldering nearby, so we decided to stay for a night. Joey enjoyed the Christmas decorations.
Tossa del Mar

We spent a night in Tossa del Mar, where we had questionable "German pizza." the next day, we found the Roman Villa Ametllers de Tossa, complete with mosaics and underfloor heating.

Some beautiful mountains on the drive north of Barcelona.
Peñiscola

Went to Miami Beach today! Then, a day of walking around the citadel of Peñiscola.
Gorafe Dolmens

Today, we visited a valley full of over 300 Dolmens (ancient burial chambers c. 3,500 B.C.). It's amazing to see civilisation has been here for thousands of years. We then drove down the steep roadsLæs mere

Spent a lovely night next to the beach and swam the next morning.

We spent a night on the outskirts of Granada and explored the city.
Christmas Day

We spent Christmas in a nice parking spot outside Málaga near Playa Peñon del Cuervo.

A stunning city with extraordinary architecture.
Gibraltar

Gibraltar is an extraordinary feature of the landscape. It's a shame the experience there doesn't quite match. We had a lovely-ish walk through the national park where we saw the Macaques.Læs mere

After spending a night here earlier in the week, we decided to return for New Year Eve to watch the fireworks on Cadiz. Unfortunately we couldn't see any, oh well.
