Bordertown Recreation Lake

When we first arrived in Bordertown around 3pm we parked in the main street to go into the Tourist Information Centre to find out what we could do on this cold afternoon. Left the ute and van parked and went walking to check out the white kangaroos, Hawke House and main street area. Next settle ourselves at the Recreation Lake RV Park $10 a night - has toilets and RV dump point. Note; power and water not available.
Wet and cold afternoon into evening. Water leak in one of the caravan hatches above bed, a bit damp. Heater on to dry out, clean hatch hopefully rectify the problem.
Easy tea tonight, pumpkin soup and reheated leftovers (from home) beef stir-fry and salami & tomato pasta. Relaxing before bedtime - will read before sleep.
In the morning Rog and I go for a walk around the lake area and back into Bordertown main area. Decide lovely neat place with good facilities.Læs mere
