WAM Museum of the Goldfields

A wonderful free Museum here in Kalgoorlie - perfect place for Roger and I to enjoy on such a hot day. We also paid $15 each to watch a 3D film on The Kimberleys - very worthwhile.
After this film we went out and had our lunch at a nearby hotel before returning to the Museum to resume our exploring. We were quite surprised when it was announced that the Museum was about to close for the day - its usual 3pm close - we were so engrossed with the displays we'd lost track of the time.Read more
