Arrive here and check out the Old Brewery Reserve - free campground on the way in. Would do the job - for a night, but we'll head into town first and see if we find out any other more appealing spots. Park near the Visitor centre, so walk and go in to get information. Lovely lady shows us a few good camping options - we decide we'll try Rocky Waterholes - another free camp.
Next we wander down to the main street where the Bakery is, lunch time. Pie, apple turnover (to share) and cappuccino for Roger. Chicken and avocado focaccia for me.
Return to our ute and van to drive out to the camping spot we want to check out.Read more
