Acropolis, Athens

Some serious walking and sightseeing today. Nikki navigated the subway system and we arrived at the Acropolis bright and early. A long climb to the top offered spectacular views of the city. On the way up we imagined ancient citizens attending events at Herodeon. The Parthenon is impressive. Even that early in the a.m. there are lots of tourists with selfie sticks.Leia mais
