🚢 - Langkawi.🌴

The next island on our plan was Langkawi. Unfortunately, there is no direct ferry from Penang to Langkawi at this time of year, as it only operates during the high season. So we took another bus to the mainland and after two hours, we got off and boarded a ferry for a short sea crossing to Langkawi.🚢 When we arrived on the island, it was raining very heavily.🙄
So we checked in in our hotel and this time, we really booked another ferry to Thailand, Koh-Lipe.🇹🇭🤭 Neither of us had been to this island when we visited Thailand before. It's not far from here, just about a two-hour ferry ride, and the weather should be much better than in Langkawi, where we had originally planned to stay for our beach-days in Malaysia.🌴🌧️ But first, we will spend one more day here, hoping for better weather, because tomorrow we want to visit the Sky Bridge and enjoy the scenic views from Langkawi's second-highest mountain, Gunung Mat Cincang.🙏🏽🌞Leia mais
