Off to the Avenue

I then went off to see the Avenue, which runs from Avebury towards the long barrow. It's pretty amazing to drive down a country road and to suddenly see all these standing stones in a field. From here, you can just make out the A4, behind which is the Sanctuary. From the Sanctuary you can see the long barrow.Les mer
