    Arrived safely in Quito this morning, headed straight to our hotel to catch up on some much needed rest. We were very surprised to find out Uber Eats operates here, and even more surprised by the range of options!! Enjoyed some delicious Ecuadorian dishes (with a vegetarian twist) and had a big nap.
