Mount Magnet and Walga Rock

After a noisy night of road trains passing at Mount Magnet Caravan Park we drove out to Walga Rock to see the amazing gallery of Aboriginal art painted under its overhanging edge. The Rock itself is also a massive granite monolith, the second largest in Australia after Uluru.

On the way back to Mount Magnet we also stopped at the Granites which had some stunning granite escarpments as well as some local art.Read more
