Flying stop in phong nha to see the ducks !! Followed by a cave tour of Hang toi , mud bath inside and more kayaking - no photos sadly, was best to leave it in the bag 😃

Cycling round the ancient town of ninh binh - some magical tours through the caves of Trang An to the temples, a visit to the Bai dinh hillside pagodas and sunset at Mua cave viewpoint 😊

Fleeting one night visit to Vientiane before getting the 25 hour bus to Han Oi. Decided this meant we could treat ourselves to a sunset diner on the rooftop 😊
Stop five! Vangvieng!

However, saved by days at the lagoon, waterfalls, another hike and nicely finished by a morning hot air balloon ride 🤩

The most beautiful little place just north of luangprobang.
beautiful hikes and trekking to see the sunset and an attempted sunrise at 5.30am.

Much more remote than Thailand which is a nice change :)
Visited the most beautiful waterfalls (kuang si) for a dip, jewellery making class on the nam khan river and diner on the Mekong.
