    Homer is located at the southwest part of the Kenai peninsula, where the mouths of the Cook Inlet and Kachemak Bay converge. It is known as the Halibut Fishing capital of the world, as well as "the end of the road". We enjoyed the eccentricities of the town as well as watching the ships come and go.Read more
