    KL

    February 16, 2018 in Malaysia ⋅ ⛅ 28 °C

So my first few days passed and I‘m in love with the city.
It’s a bright, colorful, loud and busy place. You see so many different people around here, so many different cultures.
I‘m staying at a super nice hostel, Dorms KL 2, its near the city center and you can pretty much walk everywhere.
So far I visited china town, the merdeka square and the area around. I also went to see the orchid park, the Islamic museum which was actually pretty interesting as well as the national mosque.
One of my highlights so far though have been the petrona towers at night with the KLCC Park. I watched the water-light show in front of it and it was truly amazing!! I also had an awesome view from the sky bar which a man I met told me about, and because it was lady’s night I got free drinks:)
Today I also went to visited the batu caves. They are located about 10 km out the center and normally there is a Metro you can take to get there but apparently it was in construction so I had to get there by bus, train and metro. It was a little confusing but I managed to get there.
I‘m now staying two more nights in KL until I‘m going to the Cameron Highlands.
