I am such a failure

So I officially missed check in for my flight by a matter of minutes. I let my guard down and had a slow morning, only to be screwed by infrequent Sunday subways

Options to get to Tokyo were:
- book a jet star flight in the early afternoon
- book a peach flight in the late afternoon
- take the shinkansen all the way to Tokyo

Since I already had the JR West pass, half the price of the shinkansen to Tokyo was covered, and I would be able to get to Tokyo by early afternoon, instead of waiting in Fukuoka with my luggage

So lo and behold my 5 hour train ride to Tokyo
