Gruissan - a day at the beach

As in our previous post, we took the number eight bus to Gruissan and we were pleasantly surprised. We took a second bus to the plage. The sea was out so there was a great long beach. We then walked back to the village and were surprised to see actual flamingos. They hadn’t actually flown away for the winter. Finally, at the village, we climbed the ancient fortress, which was built to claim the land for France.Leggi altro
