Uruguay City Tour

Took a small Renault people mover for a 3 hour drive around the city.
Montevideo is smaller than Buenos Aires, more laid back but still with the parks and shady streets that give away it's Spanish heritage.
Lovely beaches but the water is still brown as it is in the mouth of the River Plate.
Now for two days across the South Atlantic to the Falkland Islands where Angela might be able get a decent cup of tea! I hope the sea is kind to us. It's a stretch of water with a reputation. Oh, also passing the wreck of the German battleship Graf Spee, but in the dark. If you are a history buff google it. Interesting story.Weiterlesen
