• En Route to Punta Arenas

    11. mars 2024, South Atlantic Ocean ⋅ 🌬 8 °C

Heading from the Falkland Islands back to the mainland and the Strait of Magellan. Lumpy trip across the 700km. Decks were closed this morning due to 70kmh+ winds. Swells were only 3m so not too bad. Our cabin is in the middle of the ship so we don't move much.
Having a wine today to celebrate almost a week on board. Up in the top lounge playing 'spot the whale'.
Weather is calming down as we get closer to land so might be able to go walkies later. Want to see if I can photograph an albatross.
