Most of the way home

Made it to Kuala Lumpur. 12hr flight from Heathrow. Got some sleep.
First part of the trip was a long haul over land. Apart from the channel, Black Sea and Caspian Sea we did not cross an ocean until after crossing India.
Breakfast was Nasi Lemak with Chicken Rendang. Yum. Also some Ikan Bilis but I could not eat that. Very dry and made me choke. Problem is I lurv ikan bilis. A curse on people with coughs that can't mask up.
Landed in the middle of the afternoon thunder storm. Pretty smooth landing considering. We are right down the back on the run to Perth so I hope there isn't a big easterly there to give us a bumpy landing.
A few hours to go and I can cough my lungs up in the privacy of my own home.Read more
