Paihia Day 2

Nipped across to Russell on the car ferry this morning for breakfast. It goes across a river mouth that takes ages to drive around.
After breakfast got an impromptu tour in New Zealand's only London Cab. Back to the mainland and off to Kawa Kawa for a ride on a heritage railway. We were the only four people on the train. Feature of the train is that it runs down the main street of the town for the part of the trip close to the station.Had a good time looking at the scenery and chatting with the staff.
Then off to Waianiwaniwa (Rainbow) Falls for some pictures then a quick dinner at the Plough and Feather.Читать далее
