Day at sea today so lots of reading and hot chocolate. Very snowy on deck. We are now south of 70 degrees and should get to our most southern point tomorrow at the Wilkins Ice Shelf. The plan is to then return north with some different stops before heading back to Ushuaia.
It's hazy with a lot of icebergs about. I saw some seals and Minke Whales today. Video but no still pictures.
One thing that sets you thinking is that we are probably 400km or more from the nearest ship. We really do have the place to ourselves at the moment.Read more
